Life throws up problems for all of us, and, sometimes, we need to
talk to someone
who can offer a detached setting.
Counselling and therapy are for anyone who wants some space to deal with an
emotional problem, either in their work-life or their personal life.
I offer a confidential space to talk about the issues that concern you, whether
a current problem, or something unresolved that may go back many years.
I work in an open-ended way, which means that once we have begun working together,
I am committed to working with you for as long as you want. This could be three
sessions, or three years. The choice is yours. I have many clients who come
for a few sessions, go away when the work is done, and then return when a new
problem
crops up.
I have been working as a therapist for over twenty years. In that time, I have
dealt with many different kinds of problems, including relationship problems
(I work with both individuals and couples, of any gender), other emotional
problems, such as bereavement, or depression or eating disorders, work-based
problems,
such as bullying, and many others.
If I don’t think that what I have to offer will
be of help, I will tell you, and if I can, suggest where you might go next. For more information click
